TZD : Time zone designator. It can assume the value Z for UTC (Coordinated
Universal Time), +hh:mm or - hh:mm for hours and minutes ahead or behind
the UTC.

Attribute Value Type Description
ID and Name An alphabet letter (both lower - or upper - case) followed by any number of
letters, digits, hyphens ( - ), underscores ( _ ), colons ( : ) and periods ( . ).
IDRef A reference to an ID that exists associated to an element in the current
document.
IDRefs A space separated list of IDRef values.
LanguageCode The language is expressed using the standard RFC1766
( http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc1766.txt )
Acceptable values are like en (English) and en - US (U.S. version of English).
Length A measure expressed in pixels or as a percentage of the available horizontal
or vertical space. When the measure is in pixels no suffix is required
otherwise the percent symbol (%) must be used.
