If you need to connect to the Internet via a proxy
server, you can enter the location of the proxy server on this screen as well. Click the
Save button to save the interface settings. Click Forward to see the Daemons page.

14. Select Logger and Cron. Use the default Cron and System Logger daemons, unless you
have some reason to do otherwise. Click Forward to go to the Extras Packages screen.
15. Choose software packages. Choose the packages you want on your system. Choose GRP
packages to use prebuilt binaries. This will speed up the install process. Click Forward to
see the Services screen.
16. Choose services. Turn on the services that will start up at boot time. Click Forward to go
to the Other Settings screen.
17. Select settings. Choose settings associated with the display manager, keymaps, and other
features that interest you. You also have the choice of setting the BIOS clock to UTC time.
Click Forward to continue to the Users screen.
18. Assign a root password. Type in your root password and repeat. Select Add User to add
an account for a regular user. Click Forward to see the Review screen.
19. Check options. Carefully review the install options you have selected. Click Save to save
the settings for a future install.
