Offer an obvious rollover state so there is no question of the
location of the user??™s pointer.
Add tabindex attributes to the top set of links: Visitors using a keyboard will be
able to quickly flip through the global navigation. (Make sure these links actually go
somewhere and do not serve as placeholders for the subnav.)
Provide redundant local navigation within the section: While drop-downs enable
designers to reveal the local navigation inline with the global navigation, it is
important to reiterate the local links within the section itself. This permits visitors
with JavaScript disabled to move around the site with just as much fluidity.
