card issuer The organization administering the card. May not be the organization managing the ATM.
communication retry number The number of attempts to be made to re-establish communication between an ATM and
a bank.
confiscated cards Set of cards held internally in the ATM for later retrieval by bank staff.
customer Anyone trying to use one or more of the available service options and with an account
held with a card issuer.
customer??™s bank The bank in which the cardholder keeps the account against which the card is to be
debited.
event log Log of all system events maintained both locally at the ATM and centrally. The event log
entry includes the video image and any bank card information (excluding the PIN) that
it managed to read.

other amount A service option. Lets you select some amount not necessarily included in the list of
standard withdrawal amounts.
overdraft limit The maximum amount a customer may owe a bank on an account.
PIN Personal Identification Number.

transaction details Contains { ATM ID, Date, Time, Customer ID, bank card information, service option,
ATM session identifier, and PIN number }.
