8.21.10 Quality Milestones
All projects must identify the quality milestones or key events related to the quality control of the
deliverables.
Quality milestones shall include:
??? Principal reviews
??? Completion of key documents (such as the requirements specification)
??? Key acceptance/certification events
The timely application of quality control functions tracking these milestones are identified.
8.21.11 Unusual Features
Declare any unusual features of the project in this section and identify the standards produced to address
them.
8.21.12 Risk Areas
Identify all aspects of the project (such as the use of new techniques) which may present a particular
risk to project quality and the controls specified to address such risks. Identify each risk by:
??? Name
??? Probability (%)
??? Risk implications
??? Dependencies on other events for the risk to occur
??? Other events which would be affected were the risk to occur
??? Priority
??? Risk minimization/avoidance plan
8.21.13 Documentation
Identify a structure for the documentation produced during the project and referenced in the quality
plan. Indicate the types of document to be generated using as a minimum the following:
??? Requirements specification
??? Design description
??? Test documentation
??? User documentation
??? Hardware engineering documentation
8.21.14 Configuration Management
Refer to:
??? The items subject to configuration management, either directly or by reference to a documentation
or configuration management plan

??? The means of controlling changes affecting client or subcontractor contracts
??? All quality controls to be exercised on all changes
