8.21.7.2 Process Model
Include a model showing the principal project processes complete with all baselines, responsible groups,
and the project environment.
8.21.7.3 Techniques and Methods
Specify all project techniques and methods by reference to any standards (e.g., codes of design practice),
to define their use in the project. Consider writing project-specific standards for those project areas where
none is yet available (e.g., coding in a new language).
8.21.8 Quality Control Standards
Specify all standards used for the control of quality on the project.
8.21.8.1 Corrective Action
Define a corrective-action process to manage all problems detected in any item under configuration
control or in the project activities required by the contract. This must ensure that:
??? All problems detected from whatever source are promptly identified, reported, entered, and
resolved.
??? All problems are related to items under configuration management.
??? The circumstances and nature of the problem, together with any other available information are
identified and recorded.
??? The result of any investigation is recorded.
??? The action taken to correct the problem is recorded.
