8.21.2 Reference Documents
List all documents referenced elsewhere in the text of the plan including national, international and client
standards. State the version of each document adopted for use on the project, unless it never gets revised.
8.21.3 Quality System
Refer to a document describing the quality system which includes a process model.
8.21.4 Organization
List those personnel performing key quality control functions, by function and by name, together with
their reporting relationships, responsibilities, and degree of independence from those responsible for
system development and use. Say how any change to these staff names or relationships will be made.
List any interfaces with independent validation and verification agencies.
8.21.5 Associated Plans
List all associated project and plans produced, such as the:

??? Test and integration plan
??? Subcontractor??™s and client??™s quality plans
Where specified plans are not yet available, give target milestones for their production. Refer to all
mandatory standards to be used on the project. State that all cited optional or project-specific standards
are mandatory on the project.
8.21.6 Deliverable Items
List each project deliverable, unless it has already been listed in the project plan, when a reference will
suffice.
