Even when it does provide access to a Bluetooth protocol layer, JABWT
might not provide access to all of the functions provided by that layer.
For example, JABWT applications have access to connection-oriented
L2CAP channels but do not have access to connectionless L2CAP channels.
This possibility is indicated in Figure 2.
