that caused an accounting request to be made.
SIP-request-timestamp This parameter provides the timestamp from the initial SIP
request that was used to start the session associated with this charging event.
SIP-response-timestamp This parameter provides the timestamp from the SIP response
used to respond to the initial request (i.e., a 200 OK sent in response to an INVITE).
Terminating-IOI Identifies the terminating operator for a session, and is generated
by the S-CSCF in the home network of the called subscriber (terminating end of the
session).
Time-quota-threshold This AVP is used whenever there was a Multiple-servicescredit-
control AVP received containing a Granted-service-units AVP with a time value in
the CC-time parameter. This value identifies the threshold for the assigned time quota.
When the threshold is passed, the network element will then send a reauthorization to
the credit control function to have another number of time units provided. The session
will remain in progress until the results are provided back with a new time quota.
Time-stamps This AVP consists of two timestamps, both of which have already been
described. They are
?–  SIP-request-timestamp
?–  SIP-response-timestamp
Trigger-type The events listed in this parameter identify the type of events that
must occur to cause a reauthorization to take place. These events will then trigger a
request for additional time or octets allowed based on the account status.
