Re-auth-request (RAR) is used for online charging and is sent by the OCS to the network
element (see Table 7.5). This is used when the original credit has been exhausted
but the session is going to continue. The network element is able to request additional
credits for the same session.
Re-auth-answer (RAA) is sent by the network back to the OCS in response to an RAR
(see Table 7.6). This response will identify the amount of credit being given for the continuing
session.
