the operator and domain (Jack??™s Telephone Company, e.g.). It can also be used by users
to identify the name of their company for display purposes. It identifies the name
of the organization that initiated the request (or response) and is used for informational
purposes (such as display on a device).

P-Access-Network-Info This header is used to identify the access method used to access
the IMS network. This is an extension of the SIP protocol as submitted by the
3GPP and identifies the type of network (such as GPRS) that was used to gain access
into the IMS. In most SIP networks, this information is not needed and, in fact, not of
any interest. It was added specifically for IMS networks where access is provided by
means other than IP.
As such, this information should be treated with extreme care, as it could be considered
as very sensitive information. It could be used by competitors to determine how
many times subscribers are using various access technologies, for example, and collected
to gain sensitive subscriber behavioral data.
For this reason the 3GPP recommendations suggest that this header not be shared
between networks but only be used within the home network.
