This information
can be used by systems that do not have battery backup, for example, as long as
they are able to determine their GMT offset. For example, a portable gaming device
that gets shut off and loses its date and time can be reset when it is powered back up
and registers with the network.
This can also be used to provide network date and time to end devices such as cell
phones and PDAs.

Error-Info This header is used to provide additional information regarding an error
response and is used by the endpoint to provide notification to the user. For example,
the error code itself could be displayed on the user??™s device, while the header provides
the location of a recording to be played back to the user.
This provides more flexibility to the operator in terms of how to implement user notification
and service tones/recordings.

Event
Used with the NOTIFY method, the EVENT header identifies the event that caused
a change in registration status. For example, if a Presence server has subscribed to
event notification, when a subscriber device changes its registration (moves to another
location resulting in a new IP address being assigned) the NOTIFY method sends the
new registration information.
