I have been fortunate for the last 17+ years to have consistent employment in an industry
rife with change and churn. Tekelec has been a great company to my family and
me, and we are grateful for the many years of service here. Tekelec has provided the opportunity
to learn new technologies and new viewpoints about why these technologies
are important to the industry. They have also been very supportive of my books, and
for that I am very grateful. Many thanks to the entire Executive Management team
at Tekelec for your ongoing support, and of course the many employees and colleagues
who make going to work each day a pleasure.
Since this book was written during the evenings and on weekends, my personal life
is void of a lot of spare time.
